22:44, sirenenalarm im breitsch. leichte hektik macht sich bereit, wo waren nur schon wieder diese komischen kaliumjodidtabletten?
und was macht der netz-affine mensch zuerst? www.admin.ch eingeben, tot. www.bern.ch eingeben, auch tot. dann die website des radio drs aufrufen, um per netz zu hören, ob mühleberg nun doch explodiert ist, bis mensch dann doch noch an den radio im zimmer denkt. und dann bemerkt dass DRS1 dort gar nicht einprogrammiert ist.
also, dann halt mal in der matte vorbeisurfen. dort wird citizen journalism in bester manier geboten, viele fotos von der aare und auch “trockene” infografiken (exgüse für den schlechten witz). merke: infos direkt bei den betroffenen abholen ist manchmal schneller als von den offiziellen!

liebe mätteler (und auch rouge) ich schick euch von hoch oben im breitsch viele trockene gedanken an die aare runter, häbet düre!

my first of august

it becomes more and more of a tradition, the yearly boatride at the first of august. this year i took my camera with me, and time even managed to make a movie while jumping from the auguet bridge as you can see below:

now that’s one creative music video! it’s hard to take the eyes off the real-world video effects, but don’t miss the real progress bar at the bottom, very clever! hard to believe that the video was taken in one shot…

stefan sagmeister on design and happiness [video]

the tedtalks are always inspriring and a great watch, (as i’vee said before…), but this one from stefan sagmeister has some more to it.

in his 15-minutes-talk he reveals a lot of stuff that makes him happy, culminating in some points that make him more happy than before.
seems that there are some very good points in this list.
i’ll try to stick to those for a moment, the points seem noteworthy!

– Complaining is silly. Either act or forget.
– Thinking life will be better in the future is stupid. I have to live now.
– Being not truthful works against me.
– Helping other people helps me.
– Organizing a charity group is surprisingly easy.
– Everything I do always comes back to me.
– Drugs feel great in the beginning and become a drag later on.
– Over time I get used to everything and start taking if for granted.
– Money does not make me happy.
– Traveling alone is helpful for a new perspective on life.
– Assuming is stifling.
– Keeping a diary supports my personal development.
– Trying to look good limits my life.
– Worrying solves nothing.
– Material luxuries are best enjoyed in small doses.
– Having guts always works out for me.

mixed-tape 18

mercedes released another mixed-tape, this time its the last version, the 18th. they’re having a break until further notice. if you’ve downloaded all the past mixed-tapes (if you haven’t here you can find them all), there is no need to download the new one, since it’s just a best-of all the previously released tracks.
a pity, because they’ve always released some very good tracks. let’s see what the future brings…

interesse an blogroll.ch?

Bilder Velolosroman veranstaltet ein virtuelles lösli-ziehen um die domain blogroll.ch, die inaktiv auf ihn registriert ist. bis zum 31. juli kann jeder, der die domain will (und auch alle anderen) an seiner aktion mitmachen. unterstützen tut mensch dabei nicht das portemonnaie von meister yoda, sondern urs‘ aktion kilometer gegen armut. mein post untendran ist ganz eng mit dieser aktion verknüpft, denn der hugo-koblet-rahmen meines neusten schmuckstücks stammt aus der serie veloleichen/veloschicksale des velofahrenden aargauers. damals habe ich für über urs für swiss hope ein blaues papierli gespendet und deshalb verzichte ich hier auf einen los-kauf. nichtsdesto-trotz finde ich die aktion toll und weitererzählens-wert! netter nebeneffekt ist eine tolle domain, die zur verlosung steht, damit damit allerhand schabernack getrieben werden kann.

fuchs.tv mal etwas anders [video]

möchte-gern-nationalrat thomas fuchs hat ja eine wunderschön proppere wahlkampfplattform auf fuchs.tv, auf der mit netter musik untermalte filme über fuchsns ambitionen und pläne gezeigt werden. ist ja ganz nett, aber das hier ist ziemlich viel lustiger: ein remix des videos von thommy f. dem grössten hustlah von bern, gemacht von dic-zh

ist vor allem richtig lustig, wenn mann sich vorher das original-filmli von herrn fuchs antut.

etwas gar viel werbung…

Japan-Interview-Max Kueng-1jetzt wollte mann sich das interview mit max küng auf der magazin-seite zu gemüte führe, damit mann den mann mal sieht und hört, und erschrickt über die nur halbgare interview-technik (auch michele roten ist eher schlecht). aber richtig erschrecken tut mann dann, wenn man etwas weiter runterscrollt ab der werbung. das ist doch etwas gar dick aufgetragen, oder nicht? (klick aufs bildchen rechts zeigt einen screenshot ohne werbeblocker)
